Location & the 3rd Cup Café staff.
We came 20 minutes to 2 pm (our scheduled check-in time) but we we're only able to get in our room by 3pm. We we're asked to wait in the cafe as they said that the room was ready, only that they're just checking something, but eventually told us that the prior guest extended their stay. The café staff we're all great. I really wish I could say the same for the Front Desk staff. The lobby where we initially waited, had mosquitoes that added to the discomfort of waiting. There we're cockroaches in our room. No hotel room ammenities we're provided, not even a small soap. The shampoo, conditioner & hand soap dispensers in the bathroom we're all empty. They didn't even provide complimentary coffee for the room, just coffee cups & the water percolator. They gave us only small bottled waters. When we came in the room, the hotel room fridge was unplugged. I booked for 3 but was given only 2 toothbrushes. I got surprised that they we're charging the towels at the pool so we had to bring our room towels but there was a clear note that if we stain them, we will be charged. I've worked for a hotel before for several years, I suggest they train their Front Desk staff better. I am very disappointed. The hotel management can definitely could do better.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. Booked 5 rooms. Smelly rooms, broken taps, broken TV. Man hole in bathroom left open with all exposed electrical cables.. All rooms have some issues about the internet. but mine was the worst one. No internet. It took them 2 hrs to solve. After 2 hrs, they decided to put the router in my room, and I even had to go to their Admin office to make complain. Upon check-in, lady took my documents to process and asked me to wait . When I was waiting, she started to process for another local family and left mine aside. May be locals get priority even if you are ahead in que. After 2 hrs internet worked , here comes next issue. No hot water. They send someone to check and then they decide to move us in another room. The other room had a very bad smell of cockroaches, and again, no hot water.. waited again for 30 to 40 mins. Then again they decided us to move in another room in another building. Same issue. No internet. TV doesn't work. The shower got hot water, but it's so slow that if you put a bucket, then it might take over 1 hr to fill. No hot water in tap. There is no refill of body wash and shampoo. Spent from 2 pm to 7 pm just trying to solve my issues and after that I can't handle any more so we decided just don't complain and stay as its matter for 1 night. WORST HOTEL TO STAY . if Web site have 0 score then this hotel should get 0.. I compare online prices, and it comes out Agoda was 1000 pesos cheaper than Booking per room, but I still decided to book with Booking.com coz I thought they were more reliable ..
